Need to gain some weight
Looking for recommendations and suggestions to put some weight on. I'm 58 years old and have recently lost about 17 pounds. I'm 5'7 and now weighing about 126. I have had some health issues and do have high cholesteral (edit for spelling). I have also had 3 heart attacks and 3 back operations so weight lifting is kind of out, except light work outs. My eating habbits are not the best lately due to personal problems, so I need some advice. I would like to add definition to every part of my body, not just in certain areas.
Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
