P99 Full Capacity Magazines
Hello,
Since the 1994 AWB sunset almost a year ago I've talked to many Walther owners, both on this board & in person, who are having trouble finding full capacity P99 magazines. So I thought I'd help by making a list of all the websites that sell them. If you have any to add feel free to do so. I'll update the list regularly:
http://www.carlwalther.com
http://www.smith-wesson.com
http://www.topglock.com
http://www.cdnninvestments.com

I ordered 3 15rd mags from CDNN a month ago. 2 of them were 15 round mags and 1 of them was the older style 16 round mag which is illegal in my state (so I had to send it back).
I'd suggest ordering from CDNN, you might win the lottery and get the 16 rounder ;f

Many places online no longer have them. Found a 16 rounder at a gun show, though

I bought some p99 mags from Allglock, he's a great guy to do business with and he still has several 16 round mags up for grabs.

Keep checking Sportsman's Warehouse, they occasionally have the Hi-Caps.

I hope you meant FULL capacity ?
No need to use catch phrases from our
anti-gunrights liberal media is there ?
I was that close ...if ya know what I mean
to buying a 9mm 99 at a recent gunshow
NIB and nightsight's and it came with
2 16 round mag's.
If I find the same dealer
next month that gun will be mine...

I don't want to seem as if I'm a twit, but those of you who know me are aware that I am a twit, but why not just buy the S&W 99 mags? Aren't they interchangable with the P99 and usually in stock @ a price about $10-15 cheaper?
Since I only gain 2 rounds in full cap mags with my P99, I've not scored any 12 rounders as of yet, but won't the SW99 9mm or .40 mags work in the P99 in appropriate calibers of course.

Ditto on that Viesczy. I have a P99 9mm. Got 2 16 round SW99 Mags for it for about 30 bucks a pop and they have in 1350 fired rounds functioned absolutely flawlessly. The Walther marked ones are 45 a pop and for some reason hold one round less. Except for that they appear to be identical and MecGar is the manufacturer for both Walther and S&W mags anyways so the quality is the same. I guess it just boils down to preference.

The 16 rd mags are old stock - S&W is only making the new 15 rd mags as well. Get the 16 rounders while U still can.

If you buy a brand new P99 these days, does it come with 15 or 10 round magazines?

Unless you are unfortunate enough to have socialists running your state like in Commiefornia.
