Car battery cables

I needed to replace my car battery cables because they are corroded. Is this a easy job. How much are the parts to do this? Thanks for any help.

Yes it's a fairly easy job. What kind of car though? Might be just a matter of getting you hands down in there to get to where they go.
Take a look at your cables now and see where they go.
