This book is full of very good information for those living in Florida. Lots of info on the laws explained so anyone can understand it. I highly suggest it.

yes thats it.
It's a very good read, I've read it at least 10 times, and plan to read it another 20. Be sure to go to the website and print the updates.
A new one should be out next year I'm sure.

Thanks for the tip. I'll have to wait for the new edition as amazon.com does not list buy new copies, just buy used 1999 editions.

I saw some at Borders in Clearwater FL,I assume any other Borders in FL would have them.
