1911 pic thread
i searched and did not see one. i know bac's pics would take up most of the pages, maybe no one wants to compete with the king of the hill. but my picture taking-fu is a little better since my daughter got a nice camera for her birthday. here is my mc operator:
trigger work done by a former usmc match pistol armorer, wilson clip on magwell, anti-skid texture on front strap (got it from Lowe's and traced the outline from the pachmayr grips), stainless grip screws, and i got those grips because i vaguely remember seeing that logo somewhere before. inset is of a target i shot in an idpa match, 3 rounds at 10yds.
if there is a picture thread and i missed it, i apologize. if not, IBTB (In Before The Bac)!

Hey Brian, should we even get started? With over 100 1911s between us, it could take a while to upload everything. I think I will wait until I try to take the new 1911 family pic on Sunday or Monday. I still have to pick up the Kimber Stainless Raptor and Kimber Desert Warrior (#54 and #55) that are coming in this week.

That's awesome James.
Yeah, a family pic with 55 1911s should be very cool. I'll take another family once I have my Morris in, what's hopefully, just a few weeks.
...really looking forwad to this one.

James, you HAVE to make the TRP one of your last five 1911s.
