1983 Mercedes-Benz 380SEL

Just bought one. Anyone have any modifications or upgrades to suggest or known issues for me to be concerned about?

I just bought these off a friend for $200 ($700 value):

The thing drives like it is brand new. The initial reaction of anyone that I tell that to is "yeah right," then I either tell them to hop in or toss them the keys depending on who they are. They leave believers. The only real problem I have had with it is a blown fuse that caused my sunroof to stay open longer than I would of liked (burrr!).

Still need to the put the wheels/tires on and replace the tape deck with my CD/MP3 player. Already threw in a roady2 as you can see.

Been meaning to get it detailed but haven't had a chance.

there is a attachment that you can use that is somewhere in the trunk that you can manually close the sunroof. things to look out for is the vacuum system i dont know of any maintenence to prevent failure but those cars have vacuum servos all over that run just about everything and everything is effected when it stops working. one easy way to check is that your doors should unlock at least 5 times without starting the car and lock again each time before you drain the vacuum system.
