Subic Bay

I was on my way to the golf course when I saw what I think was a dark green or blue sedan negotiating a left turn towards the duty free shops. It bore an IPSC decal and a PPSA sticker. Could have been TobyGlock or PPMA97?

I drove around the Kalayaan and Binictican housings and was really impressed with the completed units. I also walked through the Subic Holiday Villas (which I now prefer). We'll see and more serious thinking to do.

Tobys ride is dark green while mine is light green with a PMMA sticker. Subic Holiday Villas is nearing completion but I'm sure Jong could make you the BEST deal in town

Anybody thought of a Band of Glockers car sticker? Sounds like a good idea.

Sir JT, glad you are here in Subic already doing your recon. My ride is a green Opel Astra station wagon and I have no stickers or decals. Probably its one of the OPSA guys especially if it has an OPSA decal. Hey, give me a call or text me at 09178005664. Got some interesting properties to show...

BOG sticker is a great idea, para atleast we could know that it is a "brother" who is a car ahead, or if a "brother" needs help. God bless!

laser cut has a fine edge compare to a blade cut, lesser ang chance na ma damage nang cloth when wiping the Glass. also if they can laser cut they can print our logo at top quality yung color wont fade.

I still have to report to the higher ups about the condos. I will let you know as soon as we decide to buy a property.

The condos are very nice. I like the location because it is self contained; it has its own police department, fire dept, hospital, good schools, countless rec activities etc etc and most of all, v e r y quiet. I like silence around me. The only drawback of buying any property on board SBMA is you can only lease it. The condos will be your own but the land is not. However, the lease has been guaranteed for renewal and it is in writing. We shall see.

PMM97, the referral was made by my sister-in-law who walked with me through the Villa Enrique condos. Another person who was with us was one of the architects. Mike Mejia.

Having too many contacts can be very confusing. I was personally instructed by you through PM to personally ask the SVH management about you acquiring unit or units. You also sent a PM to me asking about the possible shipment of your Jaguar. Anyways, it was NEVER my intention to represent you in any way. It just so happened that my information was needed when I was acquiring about the properties.
