Does anybody have a link on the shooting of a US Air Force veteran from Iraq by a Sheriff's Deputy in California which was caught on tape? The Sheriff's Deputy shot the poor man mercilessly.

Bad shoot.
The victim was complying with the LEO's verbal command to get up,
and had both hands on the ground when he was shot. Thrice.
LEO goes on to curse/berate the victim as the latter groans in pain.
