I'm not sure, I believe that the standard and windowed PMAGs are the priority right now, and clear/ smoked variants will be down the road at some point. I don't think a firm date has been set.

Just got my carry handle in today.

All the available gadgetry available for ARs is awesome, but there's something about a 'stock' AR-15 that makes it sexy.

No more scoped AR... this rifle isn't really fit for one. If I want a scoped AR, I'll look into 20"s. For now I'll enjoy the M4.

Gadgets are neat and optics really amp up the cool factor, but lets be honest, bare bones Rifles have been working fine for their intended purpose for centuries.

Hey Stick,

I'm afraid to ask but what is the cost to build the setup you have pictured above?

The ACOG setup is one I'm borrowing/ testing out/ playing around with, so that knocks off a huge chunk of money right there.

Upper- Daniel Defense SPR Mid Length Complete Upper Receiver Group with 12.0 FSPM rail and SS LW barrel.

Rear Sight- GG&G A2 BUIS

Stock & grip- Magpul CTR & Magpul MIAD

Bipod- Tango Down Bipod (Advanced Combat)

Lower Receiver- Mega

Trigger- Geissele Hi Speed Trigger

Magazine and Rail Covers- Magpul PMAG, XT panel and ladder covers.

Sling Mount- Daniel Defense Burnsed loop.

I think thats everything.

So if I may paraphrase/translate:

Minus the ACOG...a lot.
