Because they can. Free country and all. Frankly, no worse than Punisher engravings, flames or anything that suits OUR tastes.

I will try and get some better pics soon, only had a min to snap these. Only add ons were a Magpul MOE trigger guard, Carry Handle (soon to be replaced by nice LMT one), Blue Force Gear 3.25 wire loop and Victory 2pt sling, last but not least the Hogue Grip. Only thing left is a nice carry handle scope, and I might put a railed forend on someday, but for now the BFG wire loop setup works great. Also seriously considering buying an A2 upper and using the flattop for a Carbine.

Mine again...it has a railed forend on it now, and a single point sling.

I'd also like to know, my .22 is screaming for a very small and light red dot, and a $600 Aimpoint just ain't happenin'. The Burris FastFire II was my other thought, but it's at least twice the price of the PA mini, and doesn't look as sturdy.

so far, so good
on the rail with my H1 on a LaRue mount.
slight height difference, with the PA mount being a little shorter so the LED housing will clear for cowitnessing.

For a .22, I'd say it would be perfect.

I just placed my order. Went with the GEN2 due to it looking more like a T1 than the GEN3, the GEN3 has that longer front piece, just doesn't look right to me.
