Just picked up this Saiga. Haven't done anything to it yet except for slapping a red dot sight on it. Plan on going with an ACE folding stock, different front hand guard with rails for starters.

What is this type of front sight setup called?
I really am interested in a 5.45 AK, but I want to be able to set it up like my AR's - 13" rail - UBR, etc.....is this even possible?
