Nice AK man. Tell me about that optic mount and optic. Also, is that a US Palm grip?

Thanks.

Thank you.

It's a Midwest Industries Micro mount I purchased as a combo from Primary Arms w/ one of their micro mounts. The same mount can be used w/ an Aimpoint micro or the RDS Vortex makes.

Correct, the grip is a US Palm. I prefer Magpul but that Magpul to AK adapter just doesn't fit right. Maybe some day Magpul will put out a grip for the AK.

I actually think they are one of the most underrated firearms out there... The Czech's knew what they were doing and basically said "chuck you Farley to Russia and the AK lol

7.62X39, milled receiver, very lightweight (a pound lighter than a stamped AK), very compact, very accurate, a usable side folding stock and the design is damn near impossible to have a failure with. Plus the CZ (wish they were battleship grey) and InRange rifles are really nice builds.

Great firearms.

Thank you. It's as old as I am (1968 is my birth year).
You might like my next project as well (just finished building the front end today)
