I am never impressed with reviews by people who do reviews for a living but his was written well. If you read between the lines it is obvious that he would not consider this a fighting shotgun based on his statements. He gave a fair assessment of the gun and alluded to the use in the bedroom as an HD. Who the heck would need 16 rounds in their Home?????????? He stated he would not carry it in a combat zone which is about all you need to hear to understand that the reviewer knows true combat weapons and does not consider this gimmick shotgun to be in that class. I think the guy that wrote this is being honest and professional in his review. See what you started Valfish? I know your going to pour one and sit back and have a blast reading what is coming.

Now the bad part. Here comes the hype of another "Latest Greatest thing" that will come and go the way of all the others. Great day for the Delta Farce Elite Ninja Commandos as they have a new one to rave about.

All I can think of when he describes the mode of operation as boom boom clack is the stomping and clapping intro to We Will Rock You.
I just have this picture in my mind of an outdoor stadium full of people armed with them.

I see some issues with the design. Can't fire one shot, then top off the mag. Have to load both mags, under stress are you going to remember which mag gets a shell next. Then the trigger mechanism. I'm guessing since it was made by a double gun manufacture that it is inertia or recoil operated. If so, if you don't hold it solid you don't get a second shot. The keltec and UTC let you select the mag so you can load one with slugs and one with buck and select which you want.
The advantage I see is like the keltec and UTC you get an 18" barreled shotgun you can fire from the shoulder and its only 26" OAL.
I'd like to handle one when they are available.

I think I would still rather have a Keltec, or the UTAS. Rumor has it that UTAS is developing an autoloader version.

Double barrel pump!
Now that's something I never thought of.

I would be interested in a hi capacity semi auto though. With a down to earth price.

Me.
I can't imagine a time, even if I only had to fire one round, that I'd be sorry that the gun was loaded with 15 shells.

I don 't think anything comes with a down to earth price tag anymore, but I would be interested in something like that too.

Think I'll just stick with my KSG unless some sort of an autoloader version of it comes out.

As a big fan of double barrel shotguns (O/U's mainly), it looks quite interesting, the big downside that I see immediately is the exclusive distributor license to CTD. Those folks are about the last people I would ever want to give my hard-money to for anything.

Yeah, that doesn't make any sense since CTD had been the leader in ripping off the gun community in the last couple ammo, gun shortage. There are many people that will never buy from CTD again.
