Okay, I straightened out the poll and everything is now in order. It'll be easier to track.

I havent shot them all but before I bought my Glock 19 I shot about 7 different glocks and the 19 just felt "right". Fits my hand perfectly, pretty easy to conceal, accurate, and best of all not to rough to handle by a lefty. I love my Glock 19 but I have a feeling the 19 wont be the only Glock in my collection.

Glad to see the G20 isn't completely insignificant as far as popularity. Definately my own favorite.

Despite my personal preference for the GLOCK 22 and .40 cal S&W, I can see that I've got to go try shooting a 19 just to see why that model is so popular among our fellow users. Thanks for running the poll as it's been very informative and fun to follow.
Next sidearm will probably be a . . . .

Since I traded my G19, my favorite (and only) Glock is now the G17(daily CCW).

I picked the 30 but must admit that I have an aftermarket 10mm barrel in it. I really prefer 10mm to 45acp but wanted a "twofer" so now I have a model 30 or a model 30 with a 10mm barrel and can switch off between the two. Same slide and the extractor seems to work fine. Just swap the barrel and recoil spring.

Great Poll Eddie! Have you thought about making this an annual poll? Would be interesting to see how tastes and trends change.
Good job.

Favorite Glock
In the first place,i never thought id like a Glock. On a whim i bought the little G26 which changed my mind (or what little of it i have left) hee hee,but i absoloutely love that weapon and carry it when i go out.I recently purchased the G23 and love that even more,i even switch it out with the G26 for ccw at times.I took the G23 to the range yesterday and thought it shot like a dream even though it has more muzzle flip than the G26,I even enjoy the muzzle flip, lets me know im holding some serious power in my hand.So you see,you can teach an old dog new tricks!!

Gotta vote for my wonderful G23! Right balance of size and power. I carried one both on and off duty for 12 years or so. Big enough for a duty holster. Small enough to conceal easily.
My second choice would be the G20 for the power as a field gun. Doesn't conceal as well as the 23, but it has other attributes. If you want that power and more concealability the G29 is a pretty good compromise.
If you throw competition into the mix, although I love my 34/35s, you could still do it with the 23. The 20 might be better because you can get .40 S&W barrels for it and it becomes a very easy shooting match winner!
If Hillary is elected, and I'm forced to choose only one Glock to keep, I'll stay with the G23 and feel well armed.

Slide goes back a tad on G30
People,I need some questions answered if possible. I just got my G30 yesterday and when after I cleaned it and lubeit,I loaded it up with 10+1 and the slide went back off flush on the frame. But,when I loaded up with just 10 the slide was flush and it was ready to shoot. Is that how the new Glocks are nowor is it a problem???? I also saw something that I had read about earlier in the Glock general notes that there is a small bent piece of meatal in the frame on the left side right by the firing pin boltface.
Any suggestions?????? Thanks,Rich Ziemies,17z

The G23 is a great pistol, but don't bet on being allowed to keep even one handgun if Hilary gets the nod. She will work tirelessly to take your guns away.
