how to delete

HowdoI delete my threads when I am done with them. It tells me im not allowed???

The way the software is set up, users cannot delete threads. Normally, the thread just falls lower and lower on the thread listing if it becomes inactive, but it is still available for others to search or view if they share any similar interests.

If a thread is "going downhill" or severely off-topic, you can PM one of the Moderators in that forum (or an Administrator if no Mod is assigned) and ask that the thread be closed or removed, giving any/all reasons why you think this should be done. The Moderator or Administrator will make the decision based on several factors including the thread starter's request, and may or may not choose to close or remove it. Eric, the site owner, would have the final decision, of course.
