I spent my time in the U.S. Air Force during th 60's.
I am 67 now. I do not think I would ever use it but...

Is it possible for me to get a VA crd. I have no service connected disabilities.

Yes it is. Get your DD214 and go to the nearest VAMC and sign up. Plan to spend the day doing it, they move at the speed of frozen mud.
