Advice from an old Marine
A tough old Marine told his grandson that if he wanted to
live a long life, just sprinkle a pinch of gun powder on his
oatmeal each morning.
Grandson was skeptical but did it, and lived to age 103. When
he died he left 14 grandkids, 25 great grandkids .......and a 15 foot hole where he rematorium used to be.
