Its a basic Sig P238. I got the cheapest one with the black finish and fixed sights. I then installed Advantage Tactical sights and Larry D's Horned Lizzard grips. Same manual of arms for my duty gun (Pro), off duty gun (EMP) and the BUG (238).

Plus, in the style of LM800 and his tailored uniform shirts, all my guns match.

Absolutely.

My only complaint, if you could call it that, is that it isn't a 9mm... but that's just my OCD. In my experience, .380 kills rather efficiently. The last shooting I was involved in, the BG had just shot his wife a few times with a little Bersa .380 and she was DRT. He then cranked off a few rounds at us that were stopped by an electrical relay box before getting a few .40S&W in his face for his troubles.

I wish it was 9mm but I still feel comfortable carrying it. I really need to buy a spare mag though. My wife purse carries my LCP at the moment off duty, but wants a P238 now.

I just wanted to troll my way on through and say to all of those who are allowed to wear suspenders, nylon gear, Tasers, and AR-15s.........

I hate you.

Sincerely,
The leather wearing, suspender/Taser/rifle-less wonder.

Okay, it's my turn. I've read through this entire thread and tried just about every configuration on my belt thanks to everyone's' posts. I think I've got it just the way I like it now:

Cop Talk

Uncle Mike's Duty Belt (Issued). Going to upgrade to a Bianchi soon...

From the buckle, clockwise:

Bianchi double-cuff case, Peerless 700's (chained) x2
Zak Tools Key Clip
Keeper
Safariland 6285, S/A XD40 Service
Keeper
(nothing behind my back)
Keeper
Surefire 6P LED, V70 Holster
Porta Clip
No-name Nylon Baton Ring
Keeper
Bianchi Double Mag Pouch (with flaps! Argh! )

Accompanying is my beloved Streamlight SL-20x (non-LED...working on that)
29", 1-1/8" Dymondwood Baton from the Koga Institute
Kahr PM9 BUG in a Desantis Nemesis

Somehow I mange to cram all of that stuff onto a 30" belt. If I ever get spray and a taser, I'm hosed.

How did you get so much real estate on a 30" belt?

I have a 32" belt and you cannot see my belt... damn you efficient space optimizers!

Cause he doesn't have spray, a TASER, or a video mic. Guy's running a 1970s era loadout!

Here is my contribution. I'm part of the Command Staff for a local LE agency and don't get out much on the "road" anymore; so I don't wear a duty belt much, only at high-risk events and the occasional patrol.

Cop Talk

Left to Right:

Badge
Single Double Stack Mag Holder with 13 round G21 Mag
Radio Holder with Kenwood UHF Radio
Flashlight Ring
Handcuff Case with Peerless Cuffs
Rubber Glove Case with Gloves and a CPR Shield
ASP 26" baton
Blackhawk Coiled Lanyard
Glock 21 (with Lasermax laser) in a Blackhawk Serpa Duty Level 3 Holster
Single Handcuff Case with Peerless Cuffs
Key Holder
Mark 3 can of Pepper/OC Spray

What is missing and would like to add is if I ever get the opportunity to get out there is:

Double Mag Case for G21
Blackhawk Level 3 duty for G21 with Xiphos light holster / Xiphos Light
Streamlight Z2 flaslight with polymer holder
Switch ASP from 26" to 21"
Taser X26 (waiting for certification)
Ka-Bar TDI Law Enforcement Knife

You're not in regular uniform? Why you wear your badge on your belt?

My typical uniform consists of Department polo shirt and tactical pants and boots for the most part. We wear our badge on the belt in front of the holster. Of course, we have a Class A uniforms as well.

On a traffic stop, the badge and ID card are in close proximity to ensure the driver I'm not some whacker. Our vehicles are un-marked vehicles which are blacked out rides. In a metropolitan area, there have been quite a few impersonators.

All that sounds pretty whackerish to me. Cop Talk

What type of agency is that, Constable's Office or something?

I decided to try out the new Safariland 775 triple mag pouch. That's about the only update to mine.... Oh and the new radio since I went to a metro unit.

I have the dual pouch (model 79, as seen above) and like it. Good product.

Another vote for the dual...I used one for a while (before the flaps admins. told me otherwise) and found them to hold the mags securely and the speed of accessing them was great. Too bad exposed magazines scare the general public...evil, evil magazines!
