KelTec PMR30 😃

Picked up a PMR30 last Spring from one of my LGS's. Took it out to the range maybe 6 times last summer, bright sunny days. Just a fun gun to shoot. The guys would really start looking at me around rd20, and shaking there heads when the slide stopped on number 30. Several of the guys told me it had a heck of a muzzle flash but I just didn't seem to notice it. I took it to the indoor range this winter, and it isn't brightly lit when looking down range. You just need to stop your targets under a light bank and then they pop bright. WWEEELLL the muzzle flash I experienced under these conditions made me laugh. I've seen black powder rifles with less muzzle flash then this thing... It would definitely ruin your night vision at night if you were already adjusted to it... Still a fun gun to shoot for something different!

I bought mine for 325.00 when they just went on market, got lucky. Wife and kids love it, so does every one at the range. Some one always stops and asks , always let them shoot. The muzzle flash is awesome at night.

I got kind of lucky. Put my name on my LGS's. List for one of the next ones to come in. I was 3rd on the list and so finally about 6 months later I had mine. Don't remember what I paid exactly but it was $400+. Love shooting it. I have found mine likes the Hornaday V-Max the best ammo the best. I just wish the mags were easier to load to a full 30.

Great gun and has to have one of the best out of the box triggers going or at least mine does. SJ 40

I was surprised with the trigger, it is fantastic. Also surprisingly accurate, 50 and 100 yards.

I would like to replace the one I sold but 22 mag ammo is imposable to find in my area. and that 30 rounder likes to eat it up.

I like mine quite a bit. Its cheaply constructed, like all KelTecs, but it works and I also like the trigger.

.22 is fun at the range or in the outdoors, why worry about the flash?

I like mine a lot, but the slide wont lock on last round, I have 8 mags so I guess I need to send her in. Other than that its a great platform.

Any ideas on the issue?
