Obviously that guy is not a dog person. I can't think of any situation where I would trade, sell or give away a dog.

IMHO, dogs don't deal well with being chained outside 24/7 either.

Actually, I think the guy is doing the right thing. Wouldn't the pup be better off with a loving framily than chained to a doghouse with someone who thinks of him as chattel?

Hats off to the guy for sending the dog to a loving home. It's his loss, not the pup's...

I agree that the dog deserves a better home and life than being chained to a dog house. Trading him like he is property for ammo or gun parts just rubs me the wrong way. You're right, its his loss and not the dog's.
