What do you think is the best Magazine and Mag pouch for Single Stack 1911?

i know a guy back home who have 7 SS mags , minsan kinakapos parin sa long CoF so he bought 4 more.

Di naman Sir ganoon kadame and kailangan..IMHO depende po sa skills ng Single stacker shooter at depende sa Cof.

As you know limited yung cap ng mags so to be able to shoot a medium or long cof kailangan marami kang spare mags.

Some members of one club where i joined are borrowing mags from each other..nothing wrong with that ,they cant borrow mine cuz im in PD.pero i think its a pain in the A_ _ kung maghihiraman at maghihintayan sa pag-gamit ng Mags. So i think its better to have at least more than 10 mags sa SS. may mag malfunction man dame kang reserve.

Some guys put thier spare mags in thier pocket just in case kapusin yung nasa waist but im not sure kung legal yon sa IPSC Rules.

sa ipsc, 32 rds ang max number of rds sa isang stage. per position, not more than 9 shots can be fired. problem is, some stage designers do not take into account yung mga revolver and ss shooters, so parating standing reload ka.

so sa SS category, 4 mags is the minimum, 5 mags is just right, 6 mags is the ideal, para may extra mag ka just in case.

Not personally..im out of the country lage for work so di nya ko masyado natatandaan.

I started shooting IPSC there sa range ni Bobby Lopez sa Sumapa, but he's not the one who teach/ RO me Uncle nya yata yun. dun ako nagrerent just to shoot , wala pa kong boomer noon nakakasabay ko lage yung mga TMG ng malolos.

Last Battle of the Gun Club i talked to him for the possibility of joining his club (Centerfire)but i joined another one which is near my place but im still considering to join Centerfire..they compete and shoot in Full force with coaching and tips from Bobby.

Ayan according to Doc EC at least 6 mags pero kung ako puputok ng SS i need more than 10 sa re engaged and occasional hulog ng mags ubos ang mags ko sa pouch

the best magazine is the one that works well with your pistol. even some Chip McCormicks, Wilsons, Novaks, etc. do show some problems on some cases.

On my Norinco Single stack, I prefer the Novak (or Mec-Gar), Wilson and Cobra Mags by Tripp Research.

Maganda yung singlestack mag pouches na gamit ni EYEMD (Doc Bob), gawang bikol. PM mo sya kaya lang wala pa rin yatang internet access sa kanila hanggang ngayon.

The 10 rounder mags are too long. The pistol with the 10 rd mag will not fit in the IPSC box therefore illegal in Standard division.
