All the Way

I was with the 82nd ABN Military Police from 74-77. I should have stayed, but the wife had medical problems and I needed to spend time with her. Great unit, GReat times.

Txsoldier, glad that you made home be fore your grandfather's passing. My father started with the 82nd and earned his wings in 1942, later he was transferred to the 503rd PIR and made a total of 17 jumps, 3 of them combat. He passed his wings onto me and we both have or initals on the back, my youngest son is currently in Al Ramadi,Irag.

Winddummy, thats a great family tradition! I love hearing things like that. Make sure it keeps going! He'd be very proud to know that as well I'm sure.

Charlie Battery, 2/319 Arty. 1967. They transfered 2 brigades of us to the 101st, and shipped the lot to RVN.
We'll always have Fayette-Nam.
