so is carry legal in the state parks right now or not? i thought they changed the law (thanks mitch) but i vaguely recall it being reverted. so what is the current law?

There never was a "law", it was an administrative rule by DNR. DNR has set this rule aside on a trial basis and plan on reviewing it next year. As it stands now it is OK to carry in Indiana state parks.

Which is also a reminder that we need to make our opinions known to the DNR and Natural Resources Commission. We want the changes enacted last year made PERMANENT.
I open carried my glcok 21 at Turkey run a few weeks back. I was kind of hoping someone would notice so I could actually talk to them... but I think my doberman and german shepherds acted as deterrents...
