THANKS! MIKE

Whew!! I needed that.

One of the benefits for me of IDPA is stress relief. One can vent a lot of day to day frustration at an IDPA match. Especially the challenging and varied situation one finds at one of Mike's matchs and in the company of first class people that one finds there. With the weather and other circumstances, it had been way too long since I last went shooting.

Even my wife was saying, "Your really need to go shoot something". That is when you really know it has been too long.

Mike, thanks again for yet another great day shooting. What is a little moisture between friends...

I might have worded that better. Anyway, excellent match. Nice to see 14 people at the new shooters meeting.

P.S.: the preceeding was an unpaid endorsement...maybe we can work on that.

Yes, that was impressive considering the questionable conditions (weather). Those were some dedicated new shooters.

As always Mike, had a great time. And on the positive side, it wasn't hot today.

Sorry I missed it. I've been wanting to get into IDPA for a while. I live on the NE side of SA and I think you're the only range around here that does IDPA. I'll have to keep my eyes open for the next shoot.

Actually, as much as I would like to have you come to a Texas Tactical match, we are not the only game in SA. River City Shooters has an IDPA match each month. This month they are pretty well occupied with the Fiesta Regional match but will start up again next month. There are some nice folks there. They shoot at the Blackhawk Range off I-35 Southwest outside Loop 410. I have come down from Austin from time to time to shoot there. So it is not a bad drive.

To get info on Texas Tactical match schedule, Maps, match descriptions etc, go to:
http://www.texastactical.net/

Next months schedule is not up at this time but should be soon.

You can get info on River City Shooters at:
http://www.rivercityshooters.com/

Hope to see you soon.

Glenn, is this subjective or objective observation? I really enjoyed our conversations nearly as much as the shooting. I guess shooting our mouths off is nearly as fun as shootion our pistols.

Shooting is fun
Shooting in the company of good and interesting people is even better.
