At first glance it looks like you can put Texas in parenthesis (TX) to denote UT but not IN honored. Might be more.

TX began recognizing the IN LTC either last year, or the year before. Several of the states that now recognize IN have fairly stringent training requirements, or @ least don't issue to 18-20 year olds. I am pleasantly surprised when one of these states decides to recognize our LTC's!

I like packing.org for a lot of things, but they are pitiful when it comes to updating their sight. This is especially true of reciprocity issues. (Example; If you go to both sites, you will notice that packing list no states that KS recognize. But, on handgunlaw.us, they already have CO listed as only accepting resident permits, and lists not only the actual states that recognize the KS permit, but which ones KS honors, too.)

My point is, in my long winded reply, check multiple sites for the information & if in doubt, contact someone (agency) w/in that state who 'should' know & ask them.
