Need DFW CHL class recommendations

The wife is taking a few weeks off this month, and wants to finally take her CHL class. The instructor I had at my last range was terrible. I've listened in on the CHL class at my current range a couple of times, and this instructor isn't great either.
I want my wife to not just learn what the law requires, but any additional truths and facts that a real professional can pass on.
Does anyone have any solid recommendations? I'm leaning towards DFW Gun Range or Bullet Trap right now, but I know there are other good options out there. I know there was a thread like this several months ago, but I couldn't find it.

The Bullet Trap is a great place to take your course, you will not be disappointed. I took my original class there and just took last month my renewal.
