I have 2 computers. A desktop and a laptop both running windows xp and both are already connected on a network.
I want to be able to share files between the 2. How do i go about this and how secure would this be?

It's your own home network correct?

Right click on the Folder you want to share
properties and click on the sharing tab.

Follow the prompts.
