Windows Vista Send To Folder

Could someone please tell me how to add destinations to the right click menu in Windows Vista? I can not even bring up the send to folder to add things to it like I did in XP. Thanks in advance!

Although this did NOT do what I need (re-enable "Send to any folder" for me, I'm offering it FWIW.

%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo

%APPDATA% is an environment variable that actually maps to something like C:\users\<username>\AppData\Roaming.

You should now see a bunch of shortcuts:

Letís say you wanted to add an item to the Send To menu to open files in Notepad. You could just drag a shortcut to Notepad into this folder, or create a new shortcut. Now you can see the new Notepad item in the menu:
