Here's one of my handguns.

Ruger MK III, 22/45, BSA red dot, Ruger MK II, NRA Endowment, Ruger Single Six, 50th anniversary, Bersa Firestorm.

Rimfire Forum

Earlier I posted pictures of my rifles, but there was one I forgot. Second from the left. Stevens 46 bolt action. No idea how old it is, but it doesn't have a serial number anywhere that I can find.

What can I say? I'm a sucker for a 22. Added this one to my "collection" the other day.

Damb, there are some beautiful rimfires here!

Salvo your collection is making me

I just added a CZ 452 to my collection today. I'm up to about 2 dozen rimfires now.

This is the most accurate rimfire weapon I have ever fired, I dont shoot it as much as I would like because ammo is a bit pricey when compared to standard .22lr - but its still a nice weapon.

Marlin 883 .22 magnum

No, .22lr is physically different then .22mag.

Rimfire Forum

The two in the left are .22 mag - the right is .22lr

ok. i was under the impression that it just wouldn't feed it and you would have to load it by hand.

The diameter of the bullet is also different, the .22mag is larger.

If you fired a .22lr in the weapon you may have extraction issues.

I have more than a few .22lr rifles anyways so there is no real benefit.

Henry Mini Bolt .22 Rifle

Since no one has posted a pic of one here is mine

Rimfire Forum

I just picked it up for teaching my girls how to shoot. The little ones are 5.9 and 8.5 years old so it should be just the thing.

The littlest one was three when she saw a Blue framed KT .32 at the gun shop and asked if I would buy it for her!

She may end up being a shooter.... Time will tell.

Unfortunately this one does not belong to me. It is a photo of the club-owned gun that I learned shooting with about three decades ago.
It has been fired about 100,000 times but is still going strong and the action is the way I would like my Python's to be...

I had one, was a real tack driver. It didn't fit my hand good and was a small PIA to take apart for proper cleaning. Same with my Ruger MkIII Target Competition model, big, heavy and PIA to disassemble and reassemble.

So I now have a S&W 22A that I just love to shoot and is easy as sin to work on, and out shoots my Ruger and is about the same as my Buckmark. But I must say the small amount of difference in accuracy between the Ruger and the S&W or Buckmark was not enough to mean any thing unless shooting competition.

A mess of rimfires being guarded by my cat. My newest, a Ruger MkII with a 10" barrel didn't arrive in time for the family portrait.
