What scope is that on the Marlin 60? I want to do something similar with a Marlin/Foremost 6660 I have.

The cool thing about Ruger 10/22s is that you can pretty much make them into anything you need. The bottom one in the picture is one I made for my daughter. Basically started out as the one on the top. I simply cut down the stock and found a 16" bbl for it.

Wanna go tactical? You can do that too....Contrary to popular opinion, you don't have to spend a lot of money to make the 10/22 into what you want. Used stocks and barrels are easy to find and relatively cheap. The 10/22 is a good all around, do everything rifle.
A work in progress....btw, that mag is a Steel Lips Butler Creek mag allegedly "imported" from Canada during the AWB, hence the surface sanded down.

Oh yeah....Here is a back packer version. Weighs about 2.5 lbs.

Here is a Charter Arms AR7 rifle. Those 30 round 80's era Ramline Mags are pretty rare these days. I have three left.

Yep, the Nylons are good guns.

Picked up this one a while back to "replace" one I gave a cousin when I went into the military. Tried, but he ain't giving it up.

Remington Model 12 in .22WRF

Thankfully, The Old Man bought a ton of ammo for it when Winchester reissued it back in the Eighties.

I figured I'd resurrect this thread to get some summer rimfire photos posted.

I finally took an up-to-date photo of my 10/22s; this is what they look like right now (no telling how long it will last, though):
