Decoder for DVD in Win Media Player

I have a DVD that I can play fine in my PC's DVD drive. When I copy the DVD to a directory on my HD and try to run one its VOC files with Media Player I get an error that says I need a DVD/MPEG-2 decoder for Media Player (I'm using MP11). Where do I get this thing?

Media Player Classic comes with a dvd decoder built in.

download

ETA:
you may be able to get the codec for WMP11 through an install of the KLITE codec pack, specifically the Intervideo MPEG-2 Decoder IVIVIDEO.ax
