When and why did this law pass about using range ammo while shooting at the range? I don't remember voting on that!

It is not a law. The gun shop range owners got together and decided not to let outside ammo in. Has nothing to do with insurance, laws, etc......just they want the $$
That figures, Isn't there a place up near you in martin county that you can bring your own ammo and shoot? I think it's an outdoor range?
