Unhealthy? Delicious? Fair Compromise...

Health nuts beware...

Cut Camebert cheese into small chunks and put them into your freezer until they're very cold. Dip into 1 beaten egg, coat with fine breadcrumbs, and fry the little heart attacks.

If you want to get fancy melt some raspberry preserves in a saucepan and dip them in that. Doesn't have to be raspberry. Just something sweet.

camembert? you aren't living right..

it only works with stinky cheese..

a nice aged extra sharp cheddar, or maybe a drippy hunk of gorgonzola.. use 3/4 inch cubes, frozen, and sifted saltine crumbs with fresh ground pepper and a dash of garlic powder..

do NOT do tiny shooters of frozen citron vodka with it. that'd be just terrible.

Yeah it works with all kinds. I was out of everything but the French cheese. Works in a pinch.
