Sig amourer

I know this is a Glock site but I was wondering if anyone knew a Sig amourer in the Kentuckiana area who could put on a Short trigger for my P220R?

A guy who retired from my department is a Sig armorer...

He now works at LMPD, doing fingerprint stuff....I'll email him tomorrow, and ask if he does stuff like that.

I just ordered a SIG armorers DVD from CW Weapons, suppose to be a realy good DVD from what I read on SIG forum, so if you can't find an armorer maybe the DVD could help. I'll let you know how good it is when I get it (note to self order extra springs for when they fly across the room).

Any change from factory can void the warrenty. So maybe yes or no.
I can change trigger with no problem.

Just got my DVD yesterday and watched part of it, doesn't look like it would be that hard and they even show the short trigger install.

I'd say do it your self. Watch the video or take it to a local smith if you can't find a local armorer. Its only about a 10 minute job. Even with little to no expeirence with SIGS you should be able to do it. Just make sure you have some good reference pics available on how the decocker spings go. If I remember right that was the hardes part of the whole thing.
