MI reciprocity with PA ccw

Hi all,

I'm taking a road trip to buy a car in PA this weekend. Are there any key things I need to know?

In MI, we must inform officers if we are carrying when pulled over. We can keep it concealed in the car.

If I have to go into a DMV or Secretary of State to sign over the title, am I allowed to carry there?

Thanks,

No one else replied and I didn't want you to feel ignored. I have had a carry permit for 20 years, and I cannot answer your questions. There is rumor that there is a book of instructions that go with the permit, however, everytime I have asked about it, I am told "we are out of them". Maybe this will bump to the top and someone who knows will reply.

Does MI have reciprocity with PA?

If not, you can carry in your vehicle but you cannot carry outside the vehicle.

If there is reciprocity, then you can carry most places, including the DMV and/or notary.

There is no duty to inform an officer during a traffic stop.

According to the reciprocity site from this thread http://www.glocktalk.com/showthread....hreadid=715493 , there is reciprocity with Michigan.
