Gov. Barbour and Wayne LaPierre of the NRA
Gov. Barbour and Wayne LaPierre of the NRA will hold a news conference at the Magnolia Rifle and Pistol Club in Byram at 1pm Monday 10/1/07. All the press will be there. If you can make it throw on some nice clothes (leave the caps in the truck) and help make a showing.
Everybody is invited to attend.

From what I understand, Wayne and Haley will be doing similar press conferences at 2 other Mississippi ranges Monday--Columbus or Tupelo and the coast. I want Magnolia Rifle and Pistol Range to be the best. This is a tremendous endorsement for our governor. I am sick that I will be out of town on business. Show up and show your personal endorsement of not only our governor, but also the NRA and what it stands for.

Cool.. sorry i didn't return your calls, i'll call you after class today.
Bought a new truck over the weekend, and lifted Todd's 4runner all day saturday. Just a little busy!
Oh, and I'm on for the November match. I take the Ethics bar that Saturday!

Oh yeah, I'll have my camera. Charged it last night. I might get there a little early so i can park to where I can leave when I have to go to class :(

It was really good to meet Wayne and everyone else out there. I had a nice time. Sure wish there were more people. Also spoke to one of our Senators (Perry Lee??? Can't remember his name...) about freedom of info requests and how MS is OPEN to news outlets asking for our CCW information. I am going to write a letter, and will post more about it later.
