Nice looking bike, congratulations ! I live in northern Indiana also and have no trouble putting 6000 miles a summer on a bike without trying. I don`t know how people only put 4000 on a bike in 4 years time. That seat on that bike looks comfortable. what wa syour previous bike if ya don`t mind me being nosey ? Jim

Excellent Motorbike
Enjoy it. Go wear out some tires. The tire and bearing people need money just like the chrome people! Good Luck and Ride Safe(thumbs up thingy)

Yea I plan on at least doubling the miles on it the next summer. Seat is very comfortable.
My previous bike before this is a 2002 HD Sportster 1200 Custom. I still have it, and you can see it in the background in the one pic. Its for sale if you know anybody that would be interested. Bike before that was a 1998 Yahama YZF600R. And before that, a 1983 Yamaha Virago 500, which was my first ever street bike. Before that, I rode an assortment of dirt bikes and ATV's.

Sweet SE Deuce au_k9s
My Dad just got a Fatboy on Saturday. '03, 6900 miles, lots of little add on's. He's back into riding after about 25 years off. He sold his last bike when I was about 5. Here are some pics I took with my cell phone:
With my Deuce from the first post:
