Does anybody know any land owners in the Lawrence area that has a shooting range on their land. Anyone with a back 40 with a good, banked open spot 0 that would allow me to shoot.
So sick of shooting indoors.
There are no outdoor ranges within 40 miles of here. It's the one annoying thing about living in the best city in Kansas.

New to GT. I'm a Lawrence, KS native living in Independence, MO.
Anyone going to the show at the KCI Expo Center this weekend? Haven't been to a gun show for about 10 years, but I'm planning to go Saturday.

New to guns and new to the world of Glocks. The forum here reminds me a lot of the Harley forums that I bring to. Everyone is very passionate about their guns and how they do things. Just like in the Harley world syn blend or dino oil etc. Great debates and I am learning alot. From my name you can see I am from Leavenworth. I belong to the Bullet Hole in Shawnee, so I could rent some different guns to decide which one I wanted (decided to go with the Glock 19). I have shot at the Para Woods in Waldron, MO. Nice outdoor range, but very strict on the rules, which I guess in the end isn't so bad.

I shoot at Crossfire indoor range in independence MO. they are full auto friendly too. But you are limited to pistol ammo (pistol ammo out of rifles is ok)..
