7th District Special Election: Need Background on Candidates

I'm registered in the 7th District, and the election is coming on the 11th. Does anyone have any information on the views of André Carson or Jon Elrod with regard to firearms? Neither of them seem to have any easily accessible data on the issue.

I live in the same district, too. Carson, well, I can only imagine he will have the same liberal veiws as Julia & her supporters! Elrod, well, he was recently elected to the statehouse & I don't think he has much of a public record on this issue. I would have to assume that he would be FAR better than Andre, though!

I'm inclined to agree with you, but I always like to dig up any data I can find when it comes to politics. Sadly, the lack of records in this case makes it more of a shot in the dark.

I emailed the Democrat. We'll see what he has to say. (Guessing he'll avoid the issue by trying to make it about hunting)
