A while back there was a list posted here that I've been trying to find. I'm going to take a wild guess and say it was probably posted by Okie. Does anyone happen to have it handy?

It was more or less about the differences between some particular state and some city. There was one line about being polite to people in diners or something, because "that slope shouldered farm boy does more work before breakfast than you do all week at the gym". There was also a reference about being real impressed by $50,000 BMWs or something, because the farmers have $200,000 combine harvesters that they use once per year. There may also have been a reference about shooting mobile phones during duck season.
