PNP clearance permit

may inorder akong mga reloading accessories, nandito na sa pinas, pero kailangan daw ng PNP clearance permit, ano itong clearance permit? kailangan ba talaga ito? saan makakakuha nun at mga magkano kaya? Thanks.

It depends on what particular part did you import. Reloaders and I believe major parts especially firearm related (mainit sa mata) will only open you to red tape seeking clearances from the PNP.

I imported several years ago a speed holster, not even a direct part of a firearm, they were asking me for a clearance and permit to import. I fronted my lawyer so I was able to justify that an import clearance is not required. It also included deprimer pins as a replacement under warranty for my dillon and primer pick up tubes. reloader parts/equipment galing abroad ? maiinit talaga yan. lalo na kasi may insurgency tayo.

baka mas malaki pa magastos mo paglabas niyan kesa matitipid mo kung binili mo na lang yan locally.

hindi exactly parts or equipment. Digital scale, weight pan, lyman manual, funnel, caliper..... i dont think na considered parts or equipment ng baril o reloading mga yan.... but i guess pinag tripan, siguro pera pera lang gusto ko sana daanin sa tamang proseso, kaya i need help kung saan makakakuha ng PNP clearance permit.

bakit nahold un?hindi naman parts ng gun un a,hay naku ang tao nga naman,baka ang naka pag inspect e nakakaintindi sa gun kaya inisip niya ung brand name

sa tingin ko dahil sa lyman manual... sana walang malaking aberya... nakakainis isipin na, maiisahan ako ng mga customs dahil sa red tape lang... kulang siguro sila sa iodized salt... hehehe :D still need help sa PNP clearance permit. Thanks guys.

nde po, sa FedEx... pero air21 office ang naginform sakin, on hold, pending tax and presentation of PNP Clearance permit daw. Subic yung nag hold, air21 Paranaque and nag inform sakin, e from pangasinan pa ako, so kung kailangan, 10 hours travel pa sa monday para lang sa package ko, that is kung papayagan lumabas.

Air21 is Fedex in the Phils. Try to talk to them that the manual shows a different equipment than what is included in your package and items such as scale and caliper are commonly used in industries not for reloading.

FED is the agency that would issue such permit. I dont know if a gun dealer in your area can actually assist in processing this for you otherwise you may have to go all the way to camp crame.

Sana separate mail mo na lang yun manual.

any which way i guess phil. customs pa din kakausapin mo. talk nice nalang meron naman paraan ang lahat especially sa cases kagaya sayo. im talking from direct experience.

guess what.... dumating today yung package ko, nag bayad lang ako ng duties and tax. nag email ako last week na for machining automotive parts yung binili ko, siguro wala din silang dahilan i hold yung package ko, or maybe there losing money kapag hinidi na deliver yung package. Anyways, at least dumating din, nakaka inis lang na nadelay. Sana meron well defined na rules or laws kung ano pwede import regarding gun accessories, gun parts, reloading equipments, dahil nakaka abala sa mga kagaya nating gun enthusiast and sports shooters. Wala naman tayong nilalabag sigurong batas... hindi gaya ng iba dyan
