Yes ,and It also said that they stop taking orders,because of wait time, not to mention what they orders look like now,probably been put on the back burner for now!

Besides, if it was legit, they'd tell you the street price was $800, but their low price was $1500.

Seriously.
At the moment, Glock is selling every gun they can make and send out the door. An enviable position for any business to be in.
When you are any business in that rare situation, you are best off doing just what Glock is doing.
Putting as many of their current product line out the door as they can manage.
Actually, I would bet that Glock has the design for the Glock "Model G-40" sitting on the shelf over in Austia, all ready to trot out when they actually need it.
Take the G-36. Lengthen the barrel. Lengthen slide. They already have all the G-36 internal parts, right off the shelf. Frame molds on the shelf. Computer code for the milling machines on a flash drive.
Extend the grip. Extend the mag to about 7-8-9 rounds of .45 ACP. I hope, 9.
Viola'.
A Glock with all the best features of both a Glock and the 1911.
Bet it would sell like hotcakes.
But only when Glock really needs it once its current product line is not selling like hotcakes.
