S.R. Master Craftsman Education Program

As a new member of the Scottish Rite, I was introduced to the Master Craftsman Education Program just a few weeks ago. It is an effort of the Southern Jurisdiction to introduce Masonic & S.R. history to the new members and hopefully, give them a deeper and more thorough understanding of the S.R.
It is a program of study using the two books "A Bridge to Light" & the "Scottish Rite Ritual" monitor and guide.
The voluntary program consists of 6 quizzes taken from material in the two books, open book or not, with no deadlines.
The text can be quite challenging but I am enjoying it very much.
Any other GTers taking the program?

I heard about the program through the Scottish Rite Magazine.
Ordered mine today.
I am already enrolled in the College of the Consistory through Guthrie

I'll have to look into it. I am presently reading A Bridge to Light after completing my 32nd degree this past Saturday in Waco, TX.

They tell me that only about 120 people are signed up for this new program.
The history of the A.A.S.R. is FAR more colorful and complicated than I ever imagined. Now I know why they call it "the university of Masonry".
I have also been told many times that "You get out of it what you put into it." ( Masonry or A.A.S.R.)
It looks like I'll be getting quite a lot out of it.
