Loooks good enough to warrant a trip down under to sample.

Cut the Sprouts in half, length wise
Mix some olive oil and butter half /half in a frying pan
Give 3 cloves of smashed Garlic in the pan
Let garlic brown up, then remove (You only want the garlic to flavour the butter/Oil mixture
Give the Sprouts in the pan cut side down
Make sure temp is not too hot (med heat only ,so butter does not burn
Cook for approx 12 to 15 minutes, faced down, you do not have to turn them over
Add salt and Pepper
Then sprinkle Parmesan on top, let it melt
While cheese is melting shake the pan to allow the Parmesan to coat arround the Sprouts
Serve
Enjoy

Not here in America it isnt!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T-bone_steak
The T-bone and porterhouse are steaks of beef cut from the short loin. Both steaks include a "T-shaped" bone with meat on each side. Porterhouse steaks are cut from the rear end of the short loin and thus include more tenderloin steak, along with (on the other side of the bone) a large strip steak. T-bone steaks are cut closer to the front, and contain a smaller section of tenderloin.
