I must be a nanny, cause I think anyone who rides like that is an idiot. Of course, it might be more acceptable overseas, but at least when his organs are smeared across the highway, the video will let everyone know the cager was not at fault.

Lanesharing is legal in California, widely accepted and people expect it. It can be done very safely - ask any CHP officer in the metro areas, especially motors, and you will find surprisingly few lanesharing collisions.

Looks nuts. I looked like he was intentionally locking up the rear when braking and also breaking away the rear when giving it gas.

Sounded like a V-twin, i couldn't tell who the maker was.
I have two fists with which I do battle. With my right fist I wield the power and might to vanquish those who would oppose me. My left fist is subtle; it uses reason, shrewdness, and restrained force against my enemies. I strike with either fist.

That is a situation where a rental car with the extra insurance would come in handy.
Someone brought that up at a shooting I was involved in. I said he should have stopped. They said "what about Garner v. Tennessee."? I told them, " his name ain't Garner and we ain't in Tennessee!"
