First, I'm not a troll. Second, I came to glocktalk to discuss ... get this ... Glocks. Glocktalk is the forum par excellence for that. And also other types of firearms which I am also interested in.
I ended up checking out some of the subforums, and due to my interest in politics and current events naturally checked out the politics forum. What I found was troubling, some prolific posters here are an anti's dream come true, fitting right into every imaginable negative stereotype about gun owners. Do you think only pro-second amendment people read this forum? Do you think it makes no difference how gun owners present ourselves, that childishness such as the endless parade of silly, disrespectful, and often just mean-spirited photoshop jobs conveys a sober, responsible impression?
Fortunately, there are also a number of more reasonable posters, and a number in-between, so it's not all one-sided.
By the way, want to guess who asked for "a certain basic amount of respect to the person as a human being, even if you are attacking them as a candidate or for their ideas" as recently as August of this year?
