This Remington 740 30-06 followed me home today:
$275 plus shipping on GB! Came w/ the Tasco scope, sling, and a new Plano plastic case. I'm happy! I also bought some ten round mags.
This is my first .30 cal semi-auto. I didn't want to lay out the cash for a MBR .30. I like this gun. It has some patina & probably a few stories.
Gotta get a better pad for the butt...
