I asked both candidates via email about their views on citizen CCW and how they would feel about signing off on NFA paper work as the CLEO of the county.

I was very surprised and pleased to receive a phone call from from Scott Walton and we discussed his views in response to my email. He was very positive and very pro-RKBA.

I have not received a response to my email to Cole Butler. I cannot say what his stance is regarding the above questions, but to date, he has not offered a response. In his defense, he may not have seen the email or had the time to answer.

If anyone has not made up their mind on the candidates for Rogers County Sheriff, I would encourage you to contact them and discuss your concerns.
