Is is worth the drive from east Mesa? How is it compared to Oregenos Thin crust? That is my favorite I have found so far! (besides the stuff my wife introduced me to back in her hometown of Chicago)

It better be the best pizza in Arizona to drive that far.
I'll have to go by and try it.

Saying it's the best in the Valley isn't saying much. I love AZ, but the food... eh.
With that said, since I'm in Surprise, I'll have to try the place.
How kid friendly is the place? (I have 3 toddlers)

I'm not gonna lie, it was...fine. It wasn't particularly memorable pizza, and in fact, that kinda sums up my experience: The sauce was under seasoned, the cheese was missing that creamy oomph that good mozzarella gives pizza, and even the spiciness I like in sausage was missing in action.
On the plus side, it all tasted fresh enough, and it was served to me piping hot. The crust was noteworthy and seemed to be good homemade stuff. And the folks behind the counter (I’m presuming they were owners) were pleasant and friendly. It was a good lunch deal, value-wise.
If I lived or worked in the area, I’d make a point to drop in again and try one of their great-looking sandwiches to see if those fare better. I’d even give their pizza another day in court; maybe the guy who made the batch of sauce I tasted had his mind on other things when he was working. But I ain’t driving 22 miles from my house in CenPho again just for another slice.

Do you own stock in this place? Are you related to or friends with the owners?
