What's to debate? The suspect appears to have pointed a weapon at the owner once, then drawn a second time. I'd say this is a perfect example of a justified shooting. Despite the apparent anti-gun perspective of the reporter, I have to give the station credit for interviewing two customers that seem to be in favor of the owner defending himself.
